The room was clean. The decor of the room and outdoor area was modern. The check in and out process was easy.

I had to pay a deposit. The area felt unsafe at times, with some derelict buildings nearby. The key code for the main door did not work.

The hotel presented clean premises that looked exactly like the pictures. I particularly appreciated having access to a private hot tub. It was very convenient to have a 7/11 shop located right next door (very useful for late-night snacks).

There was a slight drain smell coming from the bathroom.

fantastic stay, was superb!

clean hotel communicative staff beautiful room prompt solutions

i found the hotel quite clean! the staff were very communicative and quickly addressed a small issue i had with entry. the room was beautifully decorated and had a smart tv, which i enjoyed. i really appreciated the host's attentiveness and prompt solutions.

the parking area could use some tidying up. it was just a minor thing though!

The bedroom and bathroom felt clean. the hot tub was a highlight, a real treat for us both. i must mention farina. Her kindness and excellent communication really stood out, and all the staff were so lovely.

The area surrounding the location felt a little run down, and i did notice some rubbish outside. This was a bit of a letdown given the price we paid. It slightly marred the overall impression of our stay.

I enjoyed having access to quick meals nearby. The area had multiple options. i used the in-room kitchenette. It included a mini-fridge. A microwave. And a coffee maker. All were in good working order.

charming spa escape

high spec hotel manager jacuzzi room excellent quality

The room was exactly as pictured, high spec. we explored nearby shops. communication with the hotel manager was fast and helpful! i've already booked the jacuzzi room for another stay. It beats hotels any day for quality.

The bathroom light operated on a sensor. It activated even when i was in bed which was very slighty annoying.

The hallway features led lights. This added an aesthetic touch. the hotel is close to shopping, offering convenience. access to nearby mini golf provides a leisure option. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

The double room includes a private bathroom. the shower delivered an amazing experience. It was refreshing after a long day. the bed felt very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, every night.

mixed feelings about this stay

high deposit misleading advertisement

the hotel decor was beautiful upon entering a lot of effort was visible

i had to pay a £250 deposit which i have never had to do before this is unusual for me the area outside is not the best it is above a convenience store i thought i booked a room with a hot tub it turns out i did not the advertisement is quite misleading so keep that in mind
